Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Telvio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service Description
Telvio provides outbound VoIP calling to landline and mobile phone numbers worldwide. The service requires an internet connection (WiFi or mobile data). Telvio does not provide emergency calling services (911/112).
Minutes and Billing
- New users receive one free minute upon installation.
- Additional minutes are purchased through in-app purchases via Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Purchased minutes do not expire.
- Per-minute rates vary by destination country and are displayed before each call.
- Minutes are deducted based on actual call duration, rounded up to the nearest second.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Telvio for:
- Illegal activities or purposes
- Automated or robotic calling
- Harassment, threats, or abuse
- Resale of the calling service
Limitation of Liability
Telvio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for dropped calls, connection failures, or audio quality issues caused by your internet connection. Telvio is not a replacement for traditional telephone service and must not be relied upon for emergency calls.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Telvio after changes constitutes acceptance.
