Telvio's model doesn't need any of that. You buy minutes through the App Store or Google Play. The purchase is between you and Apple or Google. We receive payment confirmation from them — not your email, name, or billing address.

How do I pay without an account?
Payment goes through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). You buy a minute package inside the app using your existing App Store or Google Play billing. Telvio never sees your payment details and never stores them.
How does the app know my balance without an account?
Telvio stores your minute balance locally on your device. When you buy minutes through the App Store or Google Play, the purchase is linked to your device. Your balance is private and held on your phone, not in our systems.
What happens if I delete the app and reinstall it?
Your balance is tied to your App Store or Google Play purchase history. When you reinstall, you can restore your purchases through the app's restore function and your minutes come back. The process takes under a minute.
Does Telvio collect any data about me?
Telvio collects only what is technically necessary to connect your call: the destination number, call duration, and a device identifier for purchase verification. We do not collect your name, email, location, or contact list. We do not sell data to third parties.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Telvio is tied to a single device installation since there is no account to sync across devices. Each install comes with one free minute. If you reinstall on the same device, you can restore your purchased minutes through the app's restore function.
Is there any limit to how many calls I can make?
No. As long as you have a minute balance, you can make as many calls as you want. There are no daily call limits, no peak-hour restrictions, and no throttling. Buy minutes, use them at any pace.
